Dig Deep and have fun with Circuit #29 from my UAP. Just like all my G-Fit workouts, they require NO GYM and very minimal (if any) equipment. Have fun and let’s do this!



2-minutes jumping jacks
40 pulse squats
10 stationary lunge, knee to chest (one side at a time)
25 upper cuts with dumbbells
20 dumbbell shoulder presses
35 ball crunches with 2 second hold at the top

Repeat Circuit 3x
