-Make sure life around you is as stress free as it can be, let the little stresses go and focus on your day to day things to do, moving you closer towards your goals! If something is not in line with your goals, let it go!
-Get your rest and allow your mind, body and soul to relax and rejuvenate for tomorrows exciting challenges!
-Use visual imagery of yourself performing to the best of your abilities inside and outside the gym.
-Visualize how you are going to feel after you push yourself and dig a little deeper than you thought you could.
-Visualize how amazing you are going to feel, as you replenish your glycogen stores with your clean, healthy meals! Imagine not only how you are obtaining your goals with each bite but how clean and efficient the foods digest in your system!
-Everyday, Surround yourself with happy, loving supportive people, friends, and family.
