1 pound 99% ground Lean turkey breast
1 cup cooked wild rice
2 egg whites
3/4 cup non fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion (white, red, green)
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (red, yellow, green)
3/4 cup chopped celery
Fresh Pepper and a pinch of salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried parsley
-Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
-In a large bowl combine all inredients with a pair of clean hands. Place in a loaf pan, sprayed with PAM. Bake for about an hour, until golden brown and completely cooked. Let sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
