Hope everyone had a great weekend~! Heather Dees was out here with her Husband for a weekend Retreat. We had such a great time and Heather is Going Places! Mark my words, I would bet she gets her pro card in 2010! She is absolutely stunning! She not only has a drop dead gorgeous look but an amazing body! More than that she exudes beauty with her kind heart, smile, outlook and humbleness! We had a great time, training and doing posing practice along with a few meals out and just spending time together. It was great having her out, from Utah, and I look forward to watching Heather grow her career~! Above are a few photos of us… Too funny… look at the back ground behind me in two of the photos, it is a wire wall piece but just so happends to look like even more curls coming out of my head… too funny!
The next few weekends are jam packed with this upcoming weekend, my wedding shower in the Bay area and Valentines day! the next weekend, I have another girl coming out for a retreat and then it is our bachelor/bachlorette party the last weekend of the month! Michael and I are keeping it simple, just having a big bbq with people at our place and then going to Tamecula for wine tasting with a big group. Decided to keep it low key and intimate, as that is what we prefer…. 😉

This week we begin another week of successful stories, Happy Dreams, continual progress and new recipes!!

OH I NEED TO MENTION!! For those of you taking SWAGGER, do not add any other energy drink on top of it. I had a very traumatic experience today… I had taken swagger and because it is not much of a stimulant feel, thought nothing of drinking an energy drink… they was NOT VERY SMART as I felt extremely sick and it was very scary! It was extreme anxiety, restlessness, dehydration and not a good feeling at all!! Do not stack any stimulant with any other stimulant!! They DO NOT MIX! The swagger is so mild feeling, I thought nothing of it but it was NOT VERY SMART and I will never do that again! Just wanted to warn everyone to avoid that stack!
