• 4 12-inch Ezekiel Whole Grain tortillas
•1 avocado, mashed
• 1 package (16 oz) 99% lean ground turkey breast
• 1 package alfalfa sprouts
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• ½ English cucumber
• ¼ red onion, peeled, diced
• 2 cups shredded lettuce
• 2 cups grated carrot
Cook lean turkey breast in pan. Heat tortillas on a grill or in the oven. Top each tortilla with a ¼ of the remaining ingredients then fold in edges and roll up. Cut in half and serve.
