Ingredients
12 hardboiled eggs
3 tablespoons low fat or fat free mayonnaise
1 tbsp olive oil
2 (6 ounce) cans tuna fish (in water), drained
1 teaspoon dijon low sodium mustard
1 oinch green onion (chives)
1/8 teaspoon celery salt (optional)
1 pinch pepper
paprika for topping

Directions
-Boil eggs and remove from heat and allow to cool
-Slice the hard boiled eggs in half. Remove yolks and discard all but 3 (throwing away 9!)–no Yolk!!
-Mash remaining yolks with mayonnaise and olive oil.
-Add other ingredients in; mix together well.
-Stuff the egg whites with the mixture and sprinkle Paprika over top.

allow to cool in the refrigerator and enjoy!!!
