3 cans chunk light tuna in water (drained)
1/4 cup flax meal
4 scallions (green onions), minced
2 eggs and 1 egg white beaten
1 tsp light soy sauce
dash of garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Whole wheat ezekiel buns
sliced tomatoes
sliced sweet onions
1 tbsp katsup and mustard (optional)

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Form into 2 large patties or 4 smaller ones. Cook on the stove top or grill outside for about 5 minutes. Place ontop of buns and add your favorite toppings.
