INGREDIENTS:
2 cans chunk light tuna in water, drained
1/2 cup chick peas, drained
1/2 cup kidney beans, drained
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper diced
1 large cucumber diced
1/4 cup red onion diced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh mint
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix ingredients and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
2. Serve on a bed of greens and Enjoy! 🙂
