Hope everyone had a fabulous day!! The day flew by and just about to call it a night, make a shake with Chia seed and get to bed! I am just about all caught up from my time away! I am glad you all enjoyed my video clips I put together. I was not kidding when I said there were nakies all around. So funny! The first and second were hilarious and then it because just normal! So liberal up in SF, that is for sure! It is amazing how my energy levels were back up to a 10. While I was away, traveling, it is normal for my energy levels to drop slightly. When I get out of my routine and schedule, my energy levels tend to fall. I am such a creature of habit so when my day starts out different, my mood shifts. It is just the way it is when you are living out of a bag and have to make due and be flexible in every situation. That is what it is all about though, learning to be flexible and go with the flow, knowing that what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger! It is okay to fall out of routines every now and then. You only learn and grow from them. As I mentioned in my podcast, no matter how prepared you are, traveling is always a bit challenging!

Hope you have time to check out the new posts from today!
Today I woke up roaring to go with tons of energy, got in a mini walk before heading to the gym for 50 minutes of HIT cardio on the treadmill. The balls of my feet are a little sore from the run so I had to watch it but I really got into my cardio and rocked it! I finished up with abs and push ups and took it easy today. Tomorrow M and I have a workout planned and back to hitting it hard. It was nice to give myself a nice break from the weights on Sunday (bay to breakers run), Monday (travel day) and today (feet recovery) and tomorrow it is back on! I really enjoyed the run and even though we jogged at my fast walking pace, we did it and got through the entire 12K. CHECK OFF THE LIST and also now I know that I did almost 8 miles so what is a 1/2 marathon or even a marathon. I know I could do it. With all the HIT cardio I have been doing it makes you feel like doing a 12 K would be challenging but when you are running distance it is not like when you are doing HIT and going for speed, totally different and that is what I realized! It was a great way to break into distance running, with so much to look at the run was fun and went by quick!
We are back in action and I am not traveling until a week from this weekend, when I head up to LA for a show, The Cal… We have many more update to come this week. Glad to be back 🙂
Until tomorrow everyone! Good night.
Off to blend my shake and chia!
night night.
