Hope everyone had a great day! I literally just got off the phone from a 3.5 hour conference call going over all the updates on the site, from the admin back end side of things so thank you all for your patience while we keep things transitioning smoothly! There are a lot of changes being made to the site, several that are not visible… Hey this reminds me of an analogy… reminds me of what I was writing and reading in the forum today… Even though you may not see changes occurring on the surface, they are happening deep within and “behind the scenes”. I know it is easy to get frustrated when you may not be seeing the results you want to see right away but as long as you are digging deep and working hard to stick to your goals and constantly making improvements, they WILL pay off and all the groundwork and foundation you lay down will set the foundation for your lifelong future and overall success!! Perfect example of what ginaaliotti.com is undergoing… There is a lot of groundwork that is being done, on a very technical level, that may not be visible to the naked eye but soon enough the foundation that is being built will reveal its true colors and all pay off! Build your foundation and be patient and even results that you do not see when you look in the mirror WILL appear if you just give it time and believe that they will!!! Ladies, you are all doing so awesome and one day at a time, OWN it and dig deep!!!

Off to the grocery store to pick up some veggies…
Going to replicate my meal I had for lunch, just add more veggies!!
Today’s meal of the day…
6 egg whites
1 red bell pepper
1 acorn squash
cayenne pepper
parsley
1 tbsp EVOO
Saute large pieces of bell pepper with 1 tbsp EVOO until cooked and set aside.
Cook egg whites “omelet style” and place over top of cooked bell pepper.
Microwave acorn squash until soft, cut and remove seeds.
Spoon out and place on side of egg whites and pepper
Season with parsley and cayenne pepper
Delicious!!
