Hello everyone! Hope you had a beautiful day!!! The sun was out here, it was a bright day here in SD, finally! Better a late summer than nothing. Had a great workout this morning and have been on the go ever since.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
3 sets of straight bar rows with 45# bar 15 reps
25 regular pull ups, of course in series of 3-4….
3 sets of seated rows, 25 reps
100 flutter kicks
100 good morning darlings
200 regular floor crunches
100 push ups, in series of 15 reps
10 minute stretch
Post workout did 20 minutes of High Intensity Cardio, 10 on Treadmill, fast walk with 1 mile run and then onto the stepmill, level 20 for the remaining 10 minutes. As I was “Climbing along”, This song came on my ipod and it immediately reminded me of when Pepper said that this was her motivation for the step-mill. I then really got into the words and thought it
“ain’t about how fast I get there, ain’t about what is waiting on the other side, it’s the CLIMB”!
Just what we have really been discussing, it is ALL ABOUT THE CLIMB Ladies, Keep on moving…

Thank Gosh I cooked up some extra food last night, as I was on the go most of the day with my meals packed.
Meal 1: 1/2 c. oats, 1 tbsp chia seed, 1 protein shake
Meal 2: Protein pancakes with 1/2 c. oatmeal and left over almonds from almond milk 🙂
Meal 3 & 4: Tilapia, 1/2 c. brown rice and veggies
Meal 5: Protein shake
Meal 6: TO BE: 5 oz salmon with a HUGE Gina Salad
Meal 7: TO BE: no carb pancake 🙂
