Good Morning Beauties! Well rested and refreshed, I hope!!! Today is another day in our journey, how is your journey going to unfold today? How bad do you want it? Did you wake up mentally prepared to take on your day! Remember, from the moment you wake up, those initial thoughts shape the rest of your day! We have thoughts and experiences that can either shape our day or break our day! I want you to always remember that each experience, whether seen as a step forward or step backwards, is one that will build upon another, creating the evolution of our dreams! We life each day living, learning and taking our lessons with us to improve, building a better and stronger us!
We all make mistakes in life. Whether you have taken longer to jump on the band wagon full force, regret indulging in that piece of chocolate cake, last night, or have a regrets of not making it to the gym because you were too tired, examine your thoughts that lead you towards your decision and how you felt after making your decision. How do you feel? Take some time to reflect and learn from what you did and come up with a strategy to not allow it to happen again. Don’t mistake failing with “I am a failure,” as no one is perfect all the time. We are not superwoman but remember we can strive to be that strong, powerful woman that we all have within us! We have the ability to make decisions and continue building a stronger mind and body! Take what you have learned and apply it to the next situation that comes your way! Remember that your choices have to be in line with your ultimate goals! Next time you are in a situation to make a decision, ask yourself first what decision is inline with your goals? Now the question becomes, HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT…?
