3 tablespoons Smart Balance Butter
1 tbsp splenda brown sugar
2/3 cup splenda
2 egg whites
1 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned oats
1 c. oat flour
1/4 c. vanilla protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c. non fat milk

-Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Spray standard 12 cup mufin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
-In large bowl, mix butter and brown sugar until creamy. Beat in splenda and then beat in egg whites. Set aside.
-In another bowl, combine oats, both types of flour dry milk, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Using a large spoon, lightly stir 1/2 of the flour mixture into creamed mixture. Stir in 1/2 of the milk. Repeat with the rest, stirring until just blended.
-Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins.
-Bake for 20 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing.
