Ingredients:
-2 small Ezekiel Tortillas
-4 oz tilapia
-1 tsp basil
-1/2 c. diced tomato
-1 tbsp non fat sour cream
-1 tbsp salsa
-1 oz almond Jalapeno Pepper jack cheese, graded
Directions:
-Saute tilapia in a frying pan with pam. Sprinkle Basil over top and cook until white.
-While tilapia is cooking, mix sour cream and salsa together and set aside.
-Place tortillas in microwave to soften.
-Once tilapia is cooked, place 2 oz in each tortilla and top off with 1/2 oz cheese in each tortilla. Place in microwave to melt cheese.
-Remove from microwave and top off with tomatoes and cream sauce.
