50 DUMBBELL SWINGS
20 SIDE LATERAL RAISS ON RIGHT SIDE
50 DUMBBELL SWINGS
20 OVERHEAD SQUATS ON RIGHT SIDE
2 MILE RUN
COOL DOWN:
2 3 MINUTE PLANK HOLDS
10 MINUTES STRETCHING….

On the go, once again, so meal were as follows:
meal 1: oats, protein, 20 almonds
meal 2: zucchini bread 🙂
meal 3: Tilapia with my left over Rainbow Jicima salad 🙂
meal 4: 2 rice cakes with Nutzo and a protein shake
meal 5: Quest Bar (thank gosh for Quest, running out the door now)
meal 6 & 7: to be determined…
