Hope everyone is having a great day and for those of you who have already called it a day, are spending some QT with the family and some R&R time taking in the goodness of the day! I am calling it a day myself and headed out to the grocery store to gather a few things for dinner. What is for dinner… we’ll I am craving turkey burgers wrapped in lettuce with grilled eggplant on top so that is just what it is going to be… I had a fun workout this morning after walking Bruno. I started with staggered single leg lunges, straight leg deadlifts, single leg dead lifts with opposite leg kicking back as I came down towards my toes, squat presses, single arm presses, hanging leg raises and finished with lying hamstring curls. My hamstrings are sore! I have been really working them a lot with all the variety of squats I have been doing. Sore but not too sore just feel good and tight! My diet has been random today, since I have been on the go…
meal 1: oats and protein shake with flaxseed
meal 2: shake with popcorn trail mix (as seen in video)
meal 3: tilapia and 2 rice cakes with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
meal 4: 1/2 c. oatmeal, 7 egg whites
meal 5: protein shake
meal 6— dinner to be Turkey burger wrapped in lettuce with grilled egg plant 🙂
meal 7: no carb pancake 🙂
Off to the grocery store!
