Hope everyone is having a great day! Tomorrow is Friday! Seriously, is it just me or are weeks flying by!! I swear, they just zoom on by! I hope I am not at that point in my life where life just starts to speed up and fly by! Or is that because we are all having such a great time!!?? hummmm..
I am headed out the door to run a few errands
then off to walk Bruno, make dinner, finish my post on Over training and then to R&R for the night
I took today off, except for 25 minutes of cardio, Fast walking with a 1 mile run.
Feels good to rest and just focus on mini cario + enjoying time walking outside. 🙂
Because of the off training day, today is a lower carb day…
-green tea vanilla protein shake, oats, flaxseed
-huge veggie omelet with 1/4 c. brown rice and 6 egg whites
-1 scoop protein shake with 2 rice cakes and 1 tbsp almond butter
to be eaten…
-5 oz tilapia with huge salad and 1 tbsp olive oil
-same as meal 3 without the rice
-5 egg whites with 20 almonds 🙂
