Hope everyone is having a great day and continuing to be in high spirits. All I heard on the news was negative bla about Tax time… Glad when April 16 rolls around and the Bla is behind us… I actually forgot it was April 15th, due date!! 😉 I guess it is just one of those days but hey, what are you going to do about it?? So just getting back from finishing up with some clients and going to call it a day here in a few minutes. I had a great visit with clients after a kick booty workout! Here it was for today…You have to try this one!!!
100 assisted pull ups
run 1 mile
100 push ups
run 1 mile
100 sit ups
run 1 mile
100 air squats
run 1/2 mile
stretch
One heck of a workout done in less than an hour. Now you are telling me that that isn’t a way to get it in and get out in one hour tops! 3.5 mile run plus sit ups, push ups, pull ups and squats (core-check, upper chest and tri’s–check, back and bi’s–check, glutes and hams–check, cardio–check) That is one total workout and by splitting up the running, it makes it totally doable and actually fun. Kind of funny but the mile runs were like the rest time from the exercises. You would have thought that the running is the harder part but not in this workout. Running is like the walk in the park, while smelling flowers! 😉
Definitely give this one a try, killer workout!
By the end of the workout, I was beat! I had a Perfect Foods bar and quickly got the fuel I needed to continue on with my morning clients. I was able to come home for a chicken salad and then headed back to the gym for a few more and now back at home finishing up online. I had a great day and excited for a nice weekend. We are planning on a M&G day on Saturday. Thinking of NOT going to the gym and doing something fun and athletic outside. We are most likely going to go on a hike, brunch, r&r and finish off the night with a musical and homemade dinner! Sounds like an awesome day to me!! The Farmers Market and Sea World are our other another options.. We’ll see..
For tonight’s dinner, we have Orange Roughy, Grilled mushrooms and artichokes and a salad planned!
