sprint 45 seconds
walk 45 seconds
sprint 1:30
walk 1:30
sprint 3 minutes
walk 3 minutes
sprint 6 minutes
walk 6 minutes
and back on down 3/3, 1:30,1:30, 45, 45
Great workout and have been starving all day!!!
meal 1: oats, protein shake
meal 2 and 3: yam muffins
meal 4: Quest Bar
meal 5: Yam muffins
meal 6 and 7: TBD
Had quite a muffin filled day! 🙂
