Hello Everyone! SO bags are packed, room is now empty, UHAUL is packed and food is cooked and ready for the road. We take off super early in the a.m., after eating meal 1 and having a cup of coffee, of course. Even if we leave super early, I always make time to get up and have my “me” time, otherwise my day doesn’t turn out the same, you know what I mean. We all have our certain ways we like to start our days and they just make us feel good… For me it is my morning time with meal 1, coffee and getting things done with a clear mind, while watching the sun come out and birds chirping and then getting in cardio. Tomorrow, I will have to bypass the cardio and looks like with the 7 hr. drive to Monterey and then 1.5 hour drive to SF there isn’t going to be much room for cardio or training so it will have to be our off day. We will be sure to get in a great workout Saturday and then of course on Sunday with the Bay to Breakers. 🙂 I will check in tomorrow before taking off and then will be off line until Saturday…
We had a busy day packing things up, taking Bruno to the Trainers getting things done around the house and ready to head out tomorrow… I got in a 4 mile walk this a.m. and a 6.5 minute mile before clients.
Diet was pretty basic and with no circuit or weight training, kept it lower on the carb side:
1/2 c. oats, 1 scoop protein shake
quest bar
4 oz turkey breast, salad with 1/2 c. brown rice
1 scoop protein shake with 1/3 c. oatmeal
meal 5 & 6: veggie stirfry with 4 oz turkey breast and asparagus
meal 7: protein shake…
