Ingredients:
-1 can red kidney beans, rinsed and well drained
-1 can black beans, rinsed and well drained
-1/2 cup non fat cottage cheese or Greek Yogurt
-1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil or canola oil
-1 tsp chili powder
-1 tsp dried oregano
-2 tbsp dried or fresh parsley
-1/2 small onion diced and minced (red or yellow)
-1 clove garlic
-1 tsp pepper
Salt (optional)
Directions:
Blend the beans and oil until a pasty consistency. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a bowl and cover with wrap. Refrigerate and enjoy.
