How do you stay motivated and accomplishing your mini goals? In the G-Chat this was a topic and a very important one to remind us of. Having mini goals in line helps us have direction and keep focused. Mini goals keep us motivated and moving forward. Without them, we can feel lost or scattered. What tends to hold people back is their lack of direction and fear or self doubt in themselves. Life brings about several of these feelings of fear and doubt. If you don’t have your mini goals set up, it is easy to lose track of where you are going and allow fear or self doubt to stop you from achieving your goals. Most successes are never seen because they’re never attempted out of fear or lack of direction. If you have your mini goals lined up, that is all you need. You have your road map. Now you must have the courage to face any fear that fogs your view of your goals. Each time you feel fear, anxiety or self doubt, you must turn on your defroster, dissipate that feeling and keep driving. Each time you overcome an obstacle, a fear or a step back, you gain confidence. This confidence will keep you accelerated and driving full speed ahead. Every small victory and mini goal accomplished, helps us feel more certain of ourselves and your direction, pushing you further and faster than you ever thought possible. You can do it! What’s holding you back? True, fears are intimidating but focus on your mini goals, not allowing anything to get in your way. With each mini goal accomplished, that is all you need to obtain the confidence to take on those fears and feelings of self doubt. You must start somewhere so start today. Set up your mini goal for the day, for the weekend, for the week and take it on! This time next week, you will realize the power of these goals and how they accelerate your success!
