10 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in 1/2
Filling:
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp non fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp minced onion
1 medium avocado
In a bowl mix together all filling ingredients. Spoon an equal amount into each of the egg halves and enjoy.
