Ingredients:
-3 cups water
-1.5 cups brown rice
-2 lemons, seeded and sliced
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tbsp dill
Cooking Instructions
-Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the sliced lemon, dill and minced garlic. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the rice, reduce heat and simmer until the rice is fully cooked. You can also place all ingredients in a rice cooker and prepare the rice that way! Delicious and so simple!
