Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon minced or chopped garlic
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, packed
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook chicken on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours. Slice or shred chicken as desired and use on top of salad or your favorite veggies.

YES, THAT IS IT… JUST BE SURE TO COOK IT ON LOW AND YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK IT EVERY FEW HOURS TO SEE HOW IT IS COMING ALONG. EVERY CROCK POT IS DIFFERENT SO YOURS MAY NOT TAKE THE FULL 6-8 HOURS. LET ME KNOW HOW YOU LIKE IT! SO SIMPLE AND SO GOOD! 🙂
