Happy Saturday!! I hope everyone is having a great weekend!! The weather is changing here in SD and getting cold. It is suppose to rain all week!! Ahhh… better grab by wool socks and North-Face jacket!! Bruno chewed our floor heater cord so I guess we are going to have to turn on the heater, not too often do you have to turn on the heater in SD! I had a great time with Member/friend Cindy. I have attached a few photos of us from her visit to the gym! 🙂 Too cute 😉 I had a great 40 minute power walk around the neighborhood yesterday and then an awesome 25 minute HIT treadmill workout followed by a 20 minute circuit this morning! It was a great way to start the day. Getting those endorphins up and running early, that is what I am talking about! 🙂 Anyways, another busy weekend and day, not much to report today but wanted to wish all a beautiful weekend! Off to make my last meal– Shake and 1 tbsp of almond butter before heading off to write and my journal and hit the pillow!! Sweet dreams!
