4-6 oz salmon fillets
1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. green olives
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp honey or no calorie sweetener
salt and pepper- to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender until mixed.
Allow salmon to marinate in vinaigrette for 15 minutes.
Place Salmon in sauté pan and pour Vinaigrette over top. Cook on medium heat on each side until cooked all the way through.
