I know we are always searching for new tasty snacks and “healthy” options that a different fun and exciting. Be careful in your search and be sure to read labels but not only labels ingredients! Often things can be labeled “healthy” when in reality what is their definition of health? So many peoples idea of healthy is not what you and I would consider healthy!! Just note, just like if something sounds too good to be true it IS, If something tastes too good to be true (and YOU didn’t make it yourself, using one of my healthy Recipes, of course!!), IT just might be. — .
