What have you been telling yourself you” will do later” or “I will get to it tomorrow”? Is there something or several things that you have been putting of doing today for “tomorrow”? This may be a nutritional or fitness plan you have been wanting to try or even something as simple as putting away laundry or calling a friend. Thinking about something without the action actually takes more brian power and energy than actually doing the thing you have been putting off. The next time you think about something you “should do” or “want to do”, don’t put it off and just do it! There is a reason why this tagline became such a phenomenon… It simply works if you put it into action! You have to want to do something bad enough but without action, that “thing” will not get done and only linger in your mind and possibly haunt you! The next time something enters your mind and you find yourself putting it off and procrastinating, stop yourself right there and just do it! You will realize it A. wasn’t that bad, B. took less time than you thought, C. makes you feel better and accomplished, D. removed space in your mind for something new, and E. gives you a piece of mind. Today, Tomorrow and always, don’t let procrastination get in your way of taking action…
