Do you go around trying to please everyone? If you learn this concept sooner than later, life gets easier and easier. No matter what you do, how hard you try , you cannot please everyone! You will literally drive yourself crazy trying to so stop trying to please everybody and focus on pleasing yourself and doing what you feel to be important. Believe in your abilities, walk with confidence, and as long as you are doing what resonates with you and your value system, forget about pleasing others and focus on you! Your personal goals and constantly aiming towards self improvement is what matters! Focus less on what others think, say and do and focus more on just being you!
Today, focus on pleasing others less and pleasing yourself more. Here are helpful tips to help you regain focus on YOU:
1. Know your purpose.
2. Surround yourself with wonderful people.
3. Ensure you are in a positive environment positive.
4. Never compare yourself to others.
5. Write down your accomplishments, you’re worth it.
6. Sweat it out, you’ll always feel better.
7. Be easy on yourself, you’re human!
8. Celebrate your achievements, daily.
9. Don’t take life too seriously.
10. Be grateful and thankful, always!
wow!! I have been thinking about this topic a lot over the past week — made a decision to go to to school full time and get it done faster and ensure I dont drag it out to long. I was originally concerned about moving my personal training clients around b/c right now they have me going in all sorts of directions (its summertime – we only get one beach season; i need warmer weather all year round how is the west coast?) so they are on vacation and messing my my whole schedule up — i finally put my foot down and surprisingly everyone was supportive; i should have done this sooner!!! made me realize it is important to remember you have to do whats right for you
Also on a more superficial note I decided to put away the baggy sweats when I am working at the gym and wear my cute under armour skorts and of course g-fit wear — who cares what all the other competitors think and just let their comments go — just cuz I dont have a different type of prep diet and workout does not mean I am doing it wrong!!! I feel great so why let others bring me down

You better sport your cute workout clothes and G-Fit activewear! You are working hard and should be sporting your cute clothes! OWN IT GIRL!!
