I don’t know about you but I love a good ol hearty sandwich here and there. That is one thing I absolutely love is a delicious and nutritious Sandwich!!  Panera Cafe is one of my favorites and I know one of many of yours! They are going to start posting their nutritional info straight on the menu ordering board, come April 1st.  I know we are all so skeptical of ordering CARBS or BREAD!!!, since it is not in our usual daily diet plan, for the most part, but don’t be afraid! Now you will be able to see the nutritional info on the board or better yet, for a more detailed nutritional breakdown, visit their site to have your sandwich or salad mapped out before you even arrive.  I will be honest, if you are going to go for the Panera Cafe, you should order what they are known for, their bakery.  If you are going to have a salad, maybe stay home and make your won.  My thought is, if you go somewhere where they are known for something, order that but the healthy way!  Need help, visit the link below.  If you haven’t tried Panera Cafe, give it a try.  They have delicious healthy sandwich options!  Go whole wheat, tons of veggies, lean protein (even have organic chicken breast) and no mayo, of course!
My favorite is the whole wheat baguette or the whole grain loaf with the organic chicken and all the veggies you could imagine!  Give it a try!
