INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup splenda
1/4 c. oats
pinch of salt
1/4 cup walnuts
1 tbsp ground coffee granules
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
4 Egg whites
1/2 tsp orange OR lemon extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
1. Process all until fine. Set aside. In a mixer, beat egg whites until stiff, add tsp orange or lemon extract and vanilla extract.
2. Fold in dry ingredients
3. Preheat oven to 325
4. spoon out like cookies or make mini loaves
5. bake for 20 minutes
