DIG DEEP: Take it one day at a time and remember that you have everything it takes and everything you need to go after your goals. When you are having “one of those days” or just don’t feel like moving forward, don’t give up. You are not alone and those moments are part of your journey, making you stronger and more successful. Remember you are NOT alone and those feels you are having are being felt by other people as well. When you feel like giving into an old habit, ask yourself if giving in is really worth it? There is a reason you wanted to make changes in your life and is it worth it to go back to how you were living?
SET GOALS: Now that you have a structured nutritional and training plan, remember that you still need to set mini SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) goals to keep you moving forward and held accountable. Remember that this program and this month is NOT about being perfect but about being committed to YOU!
DIET NO MORE: As a reminder, this is a Lifetsyle Balance Program, NOT A DIET! We are living, we are not Die-ting. This is a new approach and something quite different than the average person trying to reach their goals. It is important to remember that this is not a temporary fix but a way of life. KEEPING IT FRESH: One of the biggest challenges is finding a way to always keep things fresh and exciting not only for your body to continually respond but for your mind to not get purely bored with what you are doing. Our Lifestyle Balance Program will never allow for that because not only is your program changing on a daily basis but on a monthly basis. There are endless possibilities to what it is you can eat and with continuous change, there is never time or room for your body or mind to adapt!
You have ALL the tools at your finger tips so take advantage of them. Remember that it is about your nutrition, physical activity, water intake, proper supplementation, and mental attitude. Keep in mind all factors will lead you to success. It is not about one or the other but rather all components that makes your Lifestyle Plan effective! It is about Total Body Wellness and encompassing all aspects of healthy living.
