2 egg whites
1 scoop protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
cinnamon and stevia to taste
optional–1 tsp flaxseed
water (apporox 2 tbsp) until mixes well
stir all together or blend and either bake or pour in pan sprayed with no stick spray until cooked.
you can top off with almond or peanut butter, if your diet allows 🙂
OPTIONAL– ADD 1 TBSP INSTANT COFFEE TO BATTER YUMMY!
