1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup non fat soy or vanilla yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protei powder
1/4 c. craisins
1/2 up dried blueberries
2 tbsp flax seeds (ground)
2 tbsp oat bran
2 tbsp wheat germ
2 tbsp grape nuts
2 tbsp honey or splenda
1 apple, sliced and diced
3 bananas, sliced and diced (for later use)
1 cup fresh blueberries

In a med. bowl pour hot water over oats and let sit for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed.

Add remaining ingredients excpet bananas. MIx well, cover and refrigerate for up to three days. Serve with sliced bananas and extra fresh blueberries.
