Good morning everyone! I am feeling much better this a.m. Still not 100% recovered so I will take another day off from the weights but continue on with my cardio. I plan to do 40 minutes of fast incline walking this morning before clients. I have a jam packed day so will not be getting back to the questions and forum until much later so thank you for your patience… Lots of great things to get back to and my comments are brewing! So there is no rain in the forecast until tomorrow and Thursday so I am going to enjoy this day of clear weather! Everyone have their food packed, measured (or maybe not….) — great issue and topic here I will be getting back to later, in your cute and fancy dancy cooler (with wheels, maybe!), gallon of water is packed, maybe with a slice of lemon or cucumber, gym bag packed and ready to go… And we are off to the races, all aboard…
I am in desperate need of some new tennies. With as much cardio and activity as we do, you should consider a new pair of shoes every 3 months or so. My new pink Asics should be here today, excited for my new kicks! 😉

Gotta love my Asics. I have found that they are the only shoes that my feet agree with. Just to be not the cutest but now they have better styles/colors but comfort over style sometimes when you are killing it in the cardio/fitness arena! What are your favorite cardio/training shoes!?
Off to cardio it up, work and rest and recover my body!! Almost back to normal, a day or two and I am back in action…. Rest, recovery, glutamine, efa’s, lots of water, cardio, diet on point, busy day here I come.
