Good Morning and Happy Friday!! Friday is here and once again the week has flown by! think about this week and what you accomplished!! Each day is adding up to reaching your goals, whatever they may be! Each day is a HUGE step forward and in the right direction!! Today is amazing! It is Friday, the energy is good all around me, already– even though it is me, my office, and computer– but still it is just a happy day, I can feel it!! 🙂
Michael and I are headed up to hike Cowles Mountain, at 1,592 feet, Cowles Mountain is the highest point within the City of San Diego. 🙂 I had a cancellation this a.m. so it has freed up our opportunity to change things up and get our workout in outdoors! it is a fun Mountain to climb and a perfect climb for a great cardio session! The rest of the day is full of working online and later today we are meeting with my webmaster to go over some things with the site and changes to the organization of the members section! I am excited to meet with him and keep moving forward with the new components of our happy fitness network! The more organized and consolidated I can make it for each and everyone of you, the better off it is!! Always improving and making progress, that is what we have to do in ALL areas, isn’t that just the way it is and the way we are!!
I changed up my breakfast with Meal #1 being Whole Grain O’s (gotta love my cereal) and a protein shake as my milk…
This a a great Whole Grain Cereal that I have from time to time.
One serving is one whole cup and has 110 calories, 1g of fat, 24g of carbs– 3g being fiber, 3 sugars and 3 proteins!
Not bad at all and nice for a change…
Off to put on my hiking shoes and head up the mountain.. (okay so maybe just my asics but anyways….)
