Monday is moving along nicely and A little May Gray in the air but that is okay. It is dry and that is all that matters! Just finishing up work at home and headed out the door to run some errands. I had a great workout this morning with tons of push ups and sit ups to start and then moved in to a tricep workout finished by a round of
100 push ups, 75 thrusters and 50 bench dips followed by 40 GHD Sit-ups
Just finishing up my 4th meal and headed out the door… So I have tons of cucumbers so put together this delicious cucumber mushroom turkey cabbage salad:
4 oz 99% lean ground turkey
1 small bag of purple shredded cabbage
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp pepper
2 sliced cucumbers
Simple and really tasty! I realized I ran out of non fat sour cream so have to pick some up to make the cucumber soup later…
tis the season for cucumbers. They are on sale for 3/$1 so creative cucumber cooking for me it is! 🙂 I tend to go to the store and buy what it on sale and come up with a recipe from there… That is the best way to do it in my book. Get creative with what is on sale and in season! 🙂
