phewww so I made it to the DMV and got through the Craziness. Thank gosh for appointments. I only had to wait about 10 minutes in each line (since I had two things I needed to do) but that was much better than those without an appointment who were waiting for hours! Boy, Eryn, you are so right. The dmv is just like the National Geographic Channel, all walks of life, all sort of different animals that walk in and out of that place. Just amazing to see everyone and most of all what an 8-5 monotonous desk job can do for you if you are not making smart choices and working out!! We are so lucky to have the education and drive to push ourselves to life a healthy lifestyle, regardless of our jobs! People just don’t know! The teller asks me, “so what is the secret”… I tell him, “there is NO secret, diet and exercise!” … Secrets, secrets, everyone always looking for the secret and easy way out! Props to all of us who understand that there is no secret! It is called hard work, dedication, working out and eating right! Anyways so I was able to get my personalized plates back on my car and my name changed! It is official with the world now, Gina Michelle Aliotti is now Gina Michelle Silva! 🙂 Now it is getting use to that and most of all getting use to signing Silva! Cursive S or not, decisions, decisions 😉
SO I then had to go and get passport photos to get those sent off for the change of name on my passport! Got it done and that is in the mail. A lot of errands and running around but feels great to be done and so much off my to do list!
Then, it was to the Mall to find my blender…

Wahooo so it is definitely going to take me some time to perfect this ratio of ice to liquid but hey, looks and blends well… Just a matter of time. When i do get that perfect blend, this one also has a timer so I can just the “perfect shake” and have it good to go each time!! Glad you all understand how important this blender/shake issue can be!

10 minute fast walk on the treadmill
5 minute high intensity on the step-mill
1/4 mile run on treadmill
40 push ups
1/4 mile run on treadmill
1 min of situps
1/4 mile run on treadmill
40 push ups
1/2 mile run
fast walk-5 minutes
1 mile jog
finished up with 1 exercise for each upper body part with dumbbells (10#)
-double rows for back
-side laterals
-front raises
-shoulder press
-tricep kickbacks (double)
Called it a day!!
