Hope everyone is having a great day! Boy is it hot here in Southern California!! I am busy busy busy playing catch up on e-mails and checking in with clients along with all the business and home housekeeping. I have not been able to check into the site so thank you for your patience! Good news, just finished all e-mails and am ready to now update everyone with more info from my travels and to check into the form. Thank you for your patience! Good news #2, back on track, workout DONE and felt so great! Boy it is amazing what a few days can do for you though and how your cardiovascular endurance can leave you quickly. Little by little, back in action and ready to get right back where I left off! Good news #3, I think I am adjusted to PST in one day! Took me 9 days to get adjusted to Italy time but only a day back home and feel great! Looks like the sunshine is bringing a smile to my face and making the day unfold smoothly! Great to be home and thank you all for your warm welcome wishes!! Updates, checking in on the forum and are coming!
AS FOR TODAY, BACK TO THE GRIND…. GOOD BYE RESTAURANT COOKING AND HELLO GINA APPROVED HEALTHY COOKING FROM THE LOVELY KITCHEN OF GINA’S CASA!
MEAL #1: 1/2 c. oats with 1 scoop protein shake
MEAL #2: 6 egg whites, veggie omelet with 1 Ezekiel tortilla (made for a great breakfast burrito)
MEAL #3: 5 oz Tilapia with big GA Salad and 1 tbsp EVOO and vinegar –olive oil with my salad and not what I have been eating which was salad with my EVOO 😉
MEAL #4: 4 oz shrimp with big bowl of green beans and 1 tbsp sesame oil
MEAL #5 Protein Shake with 1 tbsp chia seed
— so far so good, going for a lower carb day to cleanse my system of the past several days of “loading” 😉
Nothing like good home cooked meals! I am planning my video updates for this week and what is cooking in the kitchen, stay tuned!
