Good Evening and hope everyone had a great Monday! By the sounds of the forum, sounds like everyone is doing awesome and everyone’s week is on point!!
Today’s workout of the day:
1 mile run–warm up
4 sets of push press with 45# bar
8 rounds of the following:
20 body weight squats
20 assisted pull ups
20 push ups
20 sit ups
Took about 45 minutes for the entire workout!! Great workout with my heart rate up for the entire time!
Today’s meal plan:
Meal 1: Shake with 1/2 cup oats and 1 tbsp chia seed and 1 small apple
Meal 2: Post workout Berry Muffins 🙂
Meal 3: 6 egg white veggie omelet with 1 piece of Julian Bread
Meal 4: To die for, Cabbage wraps with 6 egg whites, wrapped in Nori 🙂

Meal 5: 99% lean ground turkey and left over cabbage with 1/2 c. wild rice
Meal 6: The grill is hot and we are having Halibut and a big Gina Salad with a side of Green Beans and sauted Spinach:)
The week has begun and it is off to a great start! I cannot tell you how great it feels to be home! Nothing like home sweet home!
Thought for the evening:
You have your goals we speak about…Keep your eye on the Goal, but don’t go too long!
One key aspect of effective goal setting that will help you stay focused is to remember to begin with the end in mind!!!
Your goals must be tied to your “big picture vision.” As I mentioned this morning, it is important to “begin with the end in mind”. Imagine and visualize that the end goal is a powerful, emotionally and physically, and visualize yourself achieving it.
Until then, once you have the big picture in mind, just go for it and train hard!
Until tomorrow!! Sweet dreams!
