Hope everyone had a stellar day! Wow, just calling it a night now and completely exhausted! Had a really busy day with clients, getting Jess on track to begin her journey (check out the podcast and a video of our meeting to get her supplements at 619 Muscle.
Started my day with 40 minutes of treadmill fast walking and then an upper body circuit of the following:
all 3 sets of 15
-shoulder press with 20# dumbbells
-close grip lat pull downs
-tricep bench dips
-10# tricep kickbacks
-crunches
-10# single front lateral raises
REPEAT 2X 🙂
I was running around so much that I wasn’t able to get in all my veggies so what does that mean… Oh so hungry tonight. I am still starving so have a nice big Gina Style Salad and a protein shake waiting for me and then going to call it a night!
meal 1: 1/2 c. oats and 1 scoop protein shake with 1 tbsp flaxseed
meal 2: Yam muffins 🙂
meal 3: 4 oz chicken breast, 5 oz yam
meal 4: QUEST BAR
meal 5: 4 oz chicken breast with big Gina Style Salad and 1 tbsp EVOO
meal 6: 7 egg white/veggie omelet
meal 7: Gina salad with protein shake and 1 tbsp Chia seed…
I am seeing stars so think it is time to go to bed!
