3 REPS BENCH PRESS WITH BAR AND 10# ON EACH SIDE
10 RENEGADE ROWS (WIDE LEGS, IN PUSH UP POSITION, HOLDING 5# DUMBBELLS)
PUSH UP, ROW WITH ONE ARM, PUSH UP, ROW WITH THE OTHER ARM, BRING FEET TO HANDS STAND AND PRESS DUMBBELLS…
30 SEATED ROWS WITH 30#
THEN FOR 20 MINUTES STRAIGHT…
5 ASSISTED PULL UPS
10 PUSH UPS
15 BODY WEIGHT SQUATS
BOY WHAT A GOOD WORKOUT!! 🙂
Considered that workout as the majority of my cardio because my heart rate was up, that is for sure! Did 25 minutes of walking on treadmill and this evening a walk with Bruno… Did I mention that a week ago, Bruno got neutered!? Thought he would be out like a light for at least a few days but nothing stops that dog! Had to get him sedation pills to knock him out so his swelling would go down… Dogs 101 call Rhodesians’ the Navy Seals of all breads and that he is!! (Cone and all) 😉

Had an awesome mix of food today…
meal 1: Rice cereal with protein shake (check back tomorrow for more info on this 😉 )
meal 2: Cantaloupe muffins — to die for!! 🙂
meal 3: 4 oz sweet potato, 7 egg whites
meal 4: protein shake with grilled asparagus
meal 5: 7 egg white veggie omelet with 100 calorie snack pack
meal 6: Cauliflower mashed potatoes with 4 oz tilapia and a salad 🙂
meal 7: shake with 1 tbsp chia seed
