Monday and back to my high energy self. It is funny, you just know right when you wake up how the day is going to unfold. I woke up knowing YES, today is going to be a non tired day! That means it is going to be a great day!! I am back to being convinced that the 2nd trimester is the best!!

Went to the gym and busted out 50 minutes of cardio, this time splitting it up into 3 sessions, 15/20/15 a little more intense so it was a great sweat! ๐Ÿ™‚
Finished with a circuit of the following:
2 sets of 15
-incline machine shoulder press
-seated rows
-one arm triceps cable extensions
-dumbbell tricep kick backs
-bench dips
-push ups off bench
-finished with 4 sets of 10 reps machine shoulder press
Meals as follows:
Meal #1: 1/4 cup oats, 1/4 cup wheat bran, 1 scoop protein & mixed berries
Meal #2: Quest Bar with an apple
Meal #3: 2 egg whites with side cucumber salad (cucumber, tomato, bell beeper, artichokes, fennel, pepper, vinegar and garlic)

Meal #4: PF Changs Chicken Wraps with Brown Rice ๐Ÿ™‚
Meal #5: Protein Shake
Meal #6: Leftover cucumber salad (same as above) with green beans and a pork chop ๐Ÿ™‚
