Hello Ladies, hope your week is off to a great start!! Wow, what a busy day for me… I started this morning off by having to skip coffee and my a.m. meal because I had to have my blood drawn for my routine health check up. I have been putting this off and putting this off because you know, it just not something you look forward to. And who likes waking up and having to skip your a.m. routine (coffee, oats, shake, etc..) Anyways, it didn’t take long and I was in and out and got it done!! wahoo… It is important to stay up on your yearly check ups to make sure all your levels are in check. Our lifestyles are so healthy, it is never an issue but still good to be on it and keep things monitored! From there is was immediately to get a cup of coffee and eat my yam muffins for my first meal… yummy. I headed to the gym for my workout before seeing clients. Here was my workout of the day
all 3 sets of 15
incline chest press with 25# dumbells
incline and decline push ups
decline ab crunches
leg lifts
tricep extensions
one arm dumbbell kickbacks
over head press
From there I had clients and then went to meet Nikee (as mentioned, check out our photos) for our consultation. It was great to meet with her. The rest of the day has been busy with updates and errands. I am off now to get in some cardio before last minute e-mails and then calling it a day! Hope everyone has an awesome monday!!
