Today I had all my meals ready to go but somehow forgot to have my shake at one of my meals since it was in the fridge at work and not by my other food. Oopsy! I didn’t even realize it till I was eating my next meal! So, my question is what do you then? Eat it later? Forget about it? Slap yourself on the forehead and say, “doh!”? LOL!!!

his is to be expected as you are getting into the routine, schedule/program and as your metabolism is up. What I suggest, in this case, you just go on with your meals, as scheduled and move on. Don’t worry about getting it in later, just take a mental note and move forward with the rest of your meals/day as if you had your shake. Trust me, when you get in the groove and metabolism is up, you WILL NOT MISS A MEAL!! SO during the beginning, it is just a matter of getting use to everything and getting your mind and body into the structure and as the weeks unfold, everything will be on and you wont miss a meal, mark my words;) Great question!!
