G-Fit Full Body Circuit -10 Slow squats -10 A** to the grass the grass squats -10 Side Leg Extensions (heel flexed) super set with 10 Front Leg Extensions (toe pointed), each side -5 floor crunches with 5 second hold at the top -15-20 second Plank hold -5 Slow Push Ups -10 Plank knee to elbow, each side -Downward Dog Stretch -30 second mountain climbers -30 second low squat hold -10 Side to Side Squats -10 second low squat hold -10 Kickback (heel flexed) with front raise (toe pointed) -10 A** to the grass squats -5 Slow Push ups -Downward dog Done!!
