10 Reverse Grip Front Raises

10 Side Lateral Raises
10 Reverse Grip Front Raises
30 Pulse Squats
10 Side Lateral Raises (palms down) superset with Front Raise (thumbs up)
30 Pulse Squats
10 Burpees
Finish with some abs
20 Weighted Crunches
10 Reach Throughs
1 Minute Plank Hold
10 Push Ups
DONE!
