Medicine Ball Overhead Squat – Day 91

Overhead Medicine Ball Squat: Stand with a super wide stance, holding a medicine ball with arms fully extended, slightly back rather than directly overhead. While you lower down into a low squat, keep the ball overhead and your arms straight. Slowly return to standing, using your heels to press back up. Be sure to keep the ball overhead throughout the movement. Do as many squats as you can, then rest briefly as needed, until all squats are completed.
G-Tip: This is such a great variation to open up your shoulders and chest opened.The more you can bring the medicine ball behind your head, the more you will feel the nice stretch in your upper chest and shoulders.
