Lemon Garlic Salmon Recipe
4 (4 ounce) salmon filets
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon (or 3 tablespoons)
Salt and pepper to taste.
P R E P A R A T I O N
Use Pam or nonstick skillet and put over medium heat. Stir in garlic and saute for 1 minute. Place salmon filets in skillet and sprinkle with lemon juice on both sides. Cook approximately 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Makes 4 Servings
